Shipping
We offer shipping to both the U.S. and Canada. The shipping cost will depend on the weight and distance in which your product(s) are being delivered too. We normally ship all in stock items within 24 hours from the time your order is received. For items that are not in Stock please refer to Backorders. In most cases orders should take 8-20 business days from the day that the order was placed.
We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon at this time.
Please Note: Some order may be delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances such as holidays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Loss, Damage/Pilferage
Claims for lost shipments, or damaged/pilferage must be reported to
within 5 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials should be saved. Carriers may require onsite inspection before the product can be returned.
Due to the fragile nature of our products, Deliveries must be carefully inspected for any damage to the packaging. Any compromise to the package must be noted on the delivery receipt and/or Bill of Lading as proof the damage or tampering occurred prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in the freight damage claim being denied.
Taxes
Campers Gadgets.com ONLY charges taxes to orders inside of Canada. We charge residences of Ontario both GST and PST. Other residences in Canada will be Charged GST or HST (depending on location).
Cancelling an order
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note that sending a cancellation request after 24 hours will not guarantee that the order will be cancelled, you will receive a confirmation notice by e-mail upon successful cancellation. Warranty/Return Policy:
Campers Gadgets.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to
and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Backorders
In the rare case that item is not is stock, upon ordering, we will notify you within 48 hours from the time your order is received and find the best resolution for the order.
