Shipping

We ship to countries throughout the world . The shipping cost will depend on the weight and distance in which your product(s) are being delivered too. For shipments to Alaska, and Hawaii please contact us before ordering. We do not normally ship to Alaska, Hawaii or the NorthWest Territories. If the order amount that would like to be purchased is large enough, we will ship the Items. The reason for this is that we must ship by Air Saver. We apologize if this causes any inconvience.

We normally ship all in stock items within 10 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 10-15 business days from the day that the order was placed) Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival to our business. .

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer, or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item(s) ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.

TAXES

Camper’s Gadget’s does NOT charge sales tax for orders outside of Canada. If you order inside of Canada, the tax depends on the part of Canada you are from. Residences that are outside of Ontario will only be charged GST and HST depending on your province. Ontario residences will be charged PST and GST. Customers order(s) which are outside of Canada will be required to pay that states sales tax.

BACK ORDERS

In the rare case that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we make every effort to shipping out our product(s) within 24 hours of receiving the order(s). We need to receive an email regarding your cancellation within 24 hours of place the order.
If we do not receive an email within the time, the item(s) is shipped. Charges will apply

SHIPPING TIME

you will recieve your order within 2-5 weeks from placing the order, depending on the destination, of which the order is being delivered.
